*Some brand new lenses may occasionally have a slight amount of micro dust visible inside the elements. This is a result of the manufacturing process and will not affect image quality or resolution. As a result, previously owned lenses like this one will generally exhibit the same.

• Registered Mail is considered to be one of the most secure and safest shipping services in the United States Postal Service.

• Please note that the delivery will take a little longer than other shipping services as a package is handled by various agencies before and after it is dispatched from US.
   

The following are guidelines:
 

• USPS offers indemnity only up to $46.00 and no other insurance cannot be purchased. 

• A declared value is limited to $400.00.

• A package weight is limited to 4 lb.
   

PLEASE NOTE: A package which does not meet above guidelines must be shipped by either Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.

 

• By USPS International Priority Mail - $45.00 (Flat Rate)

• Delivery by Priority Mail is usually  6 -  9 days. USPS provides insurance up to $100.00..

• By USPS International Priority Mail Express - $55.00 (Flat Rate)

• If you prefer higher insurance amount, please contact us for additional fee.

• Tracking for any international package is not available once the package leaves the International Shipping Center in New York City or Miami.

• International FedEx may be available upon request for an additional shipping cost.

• Usually much more expensive than USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express.

• Please contact us if you prefer FedEx shipping service before sending your payment.

Import duties, taxes and charges (typically collected upon delivery) are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with the customs office of your country.
 

Return Policy

• If you find an item you received is defective or is not what is described, and wish to return, please contact us within 7 days.

• Include your order number, photograph of the item and other related references.

• We archive documents and photos for all items purchased for reference.

• The buyer, both US and international, is responsible for all return shipping fee.

• Once you returned item is received in the same condition as when the item left our store, the refund processing will be initiated.

• If your returned item is found damaged or altered whether intentionally or by accident, we will notify you of the fact an may deduct an appropriate repair or replacement fee from the refund amount.

• Restocking fee of 5% for the purchase price will be applied to all returns.
