Buyer’s Responsibility for Return Shipping: 

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping fees associated with the return process.

Inspection and Refund Initiation: 

Upon receiving the returned item in the same condition as when it left our store, we will initiate the refund processing promptly.

Damaged or Altered Items: 

In the event that the returned item is found damaged or altered, whether intentionally or accidentally, we will notify you. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate repair or replacement fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Restocking Fee: 

A restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price will be applied to all returns to cover administrative and processing costs.
